We are receiving orders from people who have not used a working E-mail addresses (or have misspelled their E-mail address) when they signed up for an account and ordered a document. If you have recently made an order and did not receive any E-mails from our site or Worldpay then you have given an invalid E-mail address! Please double check your E-mail address or try a different E-mail account (such as Yahoo! mail) so we can contact you. We always reply within 24 hours of receiving an E-mail so if you don't hear from us then your account E-mail address is probably incorrect!

Additional Notes: Hotmail users - please ensure that you filters are not set high as it may block our E-mails reaching your inbox.
