This site was created to provide a simple and easy way to access legal documents. With our unique shopping system you sign up for a free account and in a matter of minutes you can be downloading a PDF document to your computer. And that's the beauty of our system. Unlike many other Web sites we only feature quality PDF format documents - therefore allowing PC, Mac and Linux users to use these documents.

What Format are the Documents In?

The documents are in PDF format. This allows everyone to download the free viewer from Adobe and print out the document to be filled in. As an added bonus we also allow you to fill in the data on screen (excludes enduring power of attorney) However, you cannot save the data you input into the forms unless you wish to upgrade for $39 (around £30) for the Adobe Acrobat Approval program ( http://www.adobe.com/products/acrapproval/main.html )

Do you physically send any Documents to me by postal mail?

No. You are paying for a digital document system - we do not provide a "paper" service as of yet. Any reference to "Deliver To" and "Address Book" etc is purely used by the payment process.

Do you sell USA legal Documents?

These documents are only valid for the jurisdiction of England and Wales. However, we will be launching a USA-based site next year.

Do you plan on selling the Documents in Word Format?

Not at this time. We looked at many formats but found PDF to be the best simply because it's available to view and print for Windows PC's, Apple Mac, Pocket PC, Palm OS, Linux, Solaris, OS/2 Warp users for Free with a simple download. Most computer magazine coverdisks also carry this software.

We also loved the way the Free Acrobat Reader software formats the documents in a professional manner and isn't restricted to either expensive Mac or PC software

How do I use the Legal Documents?

We give you an extra bonus at Legal Documents Direct. You can type DIRECTLY onto the form using your computer and the Free Acrobat reader software*. However, you cannot save the data you input by doing this. The usual method is to print the document out and fill in the information you need to complete the form. (* Excludes the Enduring Power of Attorney Documents)

How secure is your Credit Card processing?

All of our transactions are handled by Worldpay Plc. With our secure Worldpay system all of your credit card information is sent securely on a encrypted connection. We never hold, store or even SEE your credit card information and/or number.

Do you plan on adding more Legal Documents?

Yes! We will be continually adding new Legal Documents to the site. Although there is only a handful of documents available at the moment, this will increase greatly over the coming weeks. We always ensure that every document we produce is of the highest quality.
